Here at Westgate we love being part of students' lives, and have strong links with the Newcastle University Chaplaincy and the Christian Union (UNCU). As a student you will find much to keep you busy in university life, but we believe that being part of the local church is another opportunity to stretch your spiritual legs and find out what God has for you.
Within the church there is a wide network of people who support students from this country and many others, whether you're just looking and interested in Christianity and faith or whether you are seeking to further develop your relationship with God. You will find a core group of other students to welcome you each Sunday and a big family to look after you if you crave some good home cooking and a comfy chair to sit in. Most of all we just look forward to getting to know you and to share in your experiences and thoughts.
